Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The public portions of the Board of Directors Meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of each month from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at various locations around the Bay Area. All Chapter members are welcome to listen to the proceedings via teleconference. For information about the next Board of Directors meeting, contact the PMI SFBAC President. Chapter Bylaws
The Chapter operates in accordance with the Charter from PMI International and with a set of Chapter Bylaws which are updated with input from the board and subject to approval from the Chapter membership.
