Join PMI and the SF Bay Area Chapter

To join our chapter, you must first join the Project Management Institute ($129 per year). You may join the San Francisco Bay Chapter ($30 per year) when you join PMI or you may add the Chapter to your membership at any time.

There are many benefits of membership including the option to join our chapter or one of the many other chapters around the world.

Here are step by step instructions on joining PMI and/or adding our chapter to your membership:

How to Join the Project Management Institute and the SF Bay Area Chapter

1. Go to the http://www.pmi.org/GetInvolved/Pages/The-Benefits-and-Types-of-Membership.aspx page
2. Click on the Individual link
3. Click Add to Cart
4. Under the Checkout button there is a Community Membership box, click Browse Communities
5. Under Chapters click "View the full list of PMI Chapters"
6. Click United States, click California, find San Francisco Bay Area Chapter
7. Click Join
8. Click Add to Cart and follow the checkout process

NOTE: You may also call the PMI Customer Care line at (610) 356-4600. Option 8 and the representative will instruct you on how to join and answer any questions you may have.

PMI Global will process your application within a few weeks and your data will be added to our chapter database.

How to Add the SF Bay Area Chapter to your PMI Membership

If you are already a member of PMI you may add our chapter to your membership for $30 per year.

1. Log into  PMI International website pmi.org
2. Mouse over Get Involved on the top navigation
3. Under First Section Chapters and Communities of Practice click Chapters
4. Under Northern America Click United States, click California, find San Francisco Bay Area Chapter
5. Click Join
6. Click Add to Cart and follow the checkout process
