Seminar #1: Sixth Sense Buy In: Win support from anyone

This course is for project managers and others who facilitate change, gaining real buy-in from team members canbe challenging.  Getting team members emotionally committed and mentally focused on the initiative is critical to project success.  Project leaders can use specific skills to ensure meaningful interactions with team members.  Meaningful interactions are the foundation for developing team Buy-in.  This seminar will help develop these skills and give participants the key "take away" skills to bring to your projects tomorrow.

Program Description:
This is an excellent introductory course and it will be led by Tres Roeder to kick off the 6-month series.  It introduces the core disciplines of a Sixth Sense for Project Management® : Awareness, Whole Body Decisions, Clear Communication, Adaptability, Diplomacy and Persistence.  Participants get key "take away" skills on how to get people to support their ideas.
